DAY 2Pyramids - Memphis - Sakkara
Breakfast at your hotel – Then you will be met with your Egyptologist tour guide at the lobby of your hotel – Leave the hotel and drive by private A-C van to Giza Plateau to visit The Great Pyramids, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world – After that you will drive to visit Memphis, which was the capital of ancient Egypt – Later on, you will be transferred to have your Lunch meal at a local restaurant – After Lunch you will proceed to Sakkara to visit The Step Pyramid of the well-known king Djoser – Time for shopping as you will visit Bazaars – Finally, you will be transferred to Giza train station for departure to Aswan via private A-C 1st class sleeper train - Dinner & overnight on board. DAY 3Aswan City Tour & ON
Breakfast on board the train – Arrive Aswan train station and be met with our representative who will transfer you by private A-C van to your hotel – Check in, rest & refresh – Enjoy your tour by Felucca ride along the Nile River in Aswan - Then proceed to visit The Nubian Village to explore the African-Egyptian culture & heritage where you can meet the local Nubian people and visit their houses and know about their real life – After that you will return to your hotel, rest and refresh at the hotel – At night, free at leisure by your own (Optional Sound & Light Show at Philae temple can be added upon request) – Overnight in Aswan. DAY 4High Dam - Unfinished Obelisk - Philae Temple
Breakfast at your hotel – Then you will join your professional tour guide to visit The High Dam, which was built during the reign of the Egyptian president Gamal Abdel Nasser in 1960 A.D to protect Egypt from the Nile flood – After that you will proceed to explore The Unfinished Obelisk, which is one of the most popular sites in ancient Aswan and provides immense insight into the stone working methods employed by the ancient Egyptians you can see some reliefs depicting scenes of transporting an obelisk were found in Queen Hatshepsut temple El Dier El Bahari in Luxor - Then you will take the motorboat to visit Philae Temple of Goddess Isis located on the island of Agilika. You will have an amazing experience after that visit – Later on, you can have a look at the Nubian owned business (Nubian Perfume Palace) – Transfer back to your hotel – Overnight in Aswan. DAY 6Aswan - Abu Simble - Aswan ON
After Breakfast - Early Morning drive by your A/C private Van to Abu Simble - The Temples of Abu Simbel are amongst the most interesting Pharaonic Temples. Located in Nubia close to the southern border with the Sudan, it is 280 km south of Aswan and consists of two, rock-cut Temples, which both date back to the reign of King Ramses II (1290-1223 BC). Unfortunately these unique Temples suffered from the raising water of Lake Nasser while the High Dam was being built. Other countries, with the help of UNESCO, assisted Egypt to help save them. - After your amazing tour drive back to Aswan - Rest & refresh at your hotel - Afternoon free at leisure where you can go to Aswan Market and meet with the Nubian local people and see their products - Back to your hotel - Overnight in Aswan. Breakfast at your Hotel - Drive by private A/C late model van to Aswan - Enjoy your visit en-route to Temple of Kom Ombo, which is one of the temples which were built during the Greco-Roman period and it was dedicated to two gods Sobek and Haroeris - Then continue drive and visit Temple of Horus in Edfu, which is consider the most well preserved temple and the only one we know it has been completed built from Sandstone blocks related back to the Ptolemaic period in Egypt - Arrive Luxor & transfer to your Hotel - Check in your Hotel, rest and refresh - Afternoon enjoy felucca ride to Banana Island.
