  We really enjoyed our trip to Egypt. Regarding to the tour was very professional and accommodations were splendid and it worth the value of the tour. Let me tell you that you have a very valuable staff, especially Sayed El-Agouz, from my point of view (and my wife of course) we were very pleased have Sayed as our tour guide. He was very knowledge in ancient Egyptian culture and answer all our questions. Besides that, he was kind, friendly and polite which I think reflect the typical Egyptian person. Please take care of him since he is an extremely value person to have in your staff. Eslam was the same way, unfortunately we didn't have much time to really know him, but he was very useful and polite during out time in Cairo, during transportation and embarkation at the airport. In Aswan, Luxor and Hurghada was the same, GAT representatives and tour guide (Osama) was excellent and professional. Cruiser over the Nile River was beautiful. Nice boat and excellent rooms. As we spoke with Sayek, my wife and me are thinking to visit the other side of Egypt (Sinai peninsula) following the steps of Moses in the near future. Thanks to you and your staff for a lovely and unforgettable trip to Egypt. Have no doubt that we will recommend your assitance to our relatives and friends.

  Sorry for only responding to your e-mail today, however it has been very hectic at work for me…and I am sure this is the same for everyone else. I wanted to express, for the most part, how absolutely wonderful our experience has been in your beautiful country Egypt. My friends and I hoped for a life changing experience and that it was. With respect to the representative of GAT Tours, they were all very professional and knowledgeable and really tried their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Special mention should be made as well of the guides, particularly Sayeed, who we felt was most passionate about the History of his country. Tell him that Petulia and I were really grateful for the visit to the Khan El Khalili Bazaar. We were able to learn a great deal from this trip. We wish to really thank you and your team for making this trip an experience that we will continue to share with our friends and family. Please extend our regards to Raouf, Eslam, Ahmed (Tour guide in Aswan), Mahmoud, Mohammed (Hamo) and of course, Sayeed. Although this is never pleasant, we must also share that our stay at the Sonesta Hotel in Luxur was not pleasant. The Hotel was far from 5 star, and we will recommend greatly that you do not have guests stay here particularly if they request Five start status hotels. The service was not of a five star standard, the restaurant’s service was pretty bad as well and the rooms that we were initially given smelt quite musty. My friends had to change their own light bulbs, which we eventually just accepted as part of the experience. Not withstanding, the other Hotels, Marriott, Movenpick, The Sonesta Cruise and of course beautiful Siwa Hotel were quite beautiful and the service exceptional. We continued to be amazed at each stop. Finally, may I say thank you for attending to all of our requests. We appreciated this very much as a few of the requests were as a result of one of our party getting quite sick. We do hope to return to Egypt one day and you can count on us telling our friends about the great service we receive at GAT Tours! Thanks again guys!

  Thank so much for your nice words, which I enjoyed so much. But unfortunately , due to our stay for some days in Germany on our way back to Brasil it was impossible to answer you before. We have the most wonderful memories from our trip to Egypt ! Everything worked fine, and we do feel that all efforts were made to make our experience the most confortable possible. Punctuality, skilled guides, confortable transportation, williness to help in extra requests. Those are the aspects which make the tourist trust in the Travel Agency, and you can be sure that all of them were reached in a high level. But above everything, we value the 24 hours smiling faces of your personel, making each one of them to become a close Egyptian friend at the first glance. So, thank you from the bottom of our hearts ! Nevertheless, it´s also my duty to contribute for the improvement of the effectiveness of GAT TOURS further more. It will be interesting for the tourist to be adviced about the payment system in Egypt before arriving in the country. Generally speaking, one needs to take much more cash with him than when travelling in Europe or Americas. Besides the big hotels, there are very few comercial places that accepts credit cards and in addition, one must count on spending daily money for paying tips for the many small / big extra services. We´ve been fortunate enough to travel with such information, taken from a guide book . But any way we think it would be nice to get this extra "tip" together with our previous bi-lateral communication. Of course we´ll recommend your travel agency to all our friends. After our good experience, they are all willing to know your wonderful country, with such rich history. We´re longing to meet you personaly, sometime in the future. Thany you again and again !

  We seldom open e-mail and it was a surpraising pleasure to read yuor message! Our flight and travel back home was very O.K.. Our Egyptian experience was fantastic: not only because of the places we visited and the people we met (and we liked so much !) but olso because your organization was of high level !!!!!
